Let's forget about how Ninja rides for a second; doesn't it look totally kick-ass? All black and red, entirely built over the water, the funky geometry of those tall inversions, I dunno, maybe it's just me, but I think it's one very striking piece of work.

And here's the other thing: when I last rode it, so many years ago, it wasn't all that bad.

Ninja didn't open until late in the day, and our evening was booked solid with podcast recording, and then dinner, and then all the DSB post-dinner games and ERT, etc., so there was no time to try it out again, and certainly no one in my party would have joined me, and I'm sure I would have regretted it in the end. Someday, though...

We did ride the Sky Buckets, because how many of these are still operating?

It's a very relaxing, very scenic trip.
