Jeff saw me standing slack-jawed and drooling and came over to point out that the mural on the wall has all kinds of little "easter egg" details.

See?

Terry E. Van Gorder was the first person outside the Knott family to serve as president and CEO of the company when he assumed those positions in 1981. (KoD opened in 1987.)

I forget what some of the other details mean... but it's cool that they aren't all arbitrary.

WHEN they reuse this space for another dark ride, I hope the mural is somehow preserved.
